Notary services
As a civil law notary of the Canton of Zug I provide notary services of all types such as: Legalization of your signature, confirmation of the authenticity of a copy or notarization of your will (e. g. in the context of a last will, a marriage or an inheritance contract or on the occasion of the incorporation of a company).
Legalization
For example, with a legalization a notary confirms:
- a signature to be the genuine signature of the person appeared;
- a document to be a true copy of the original (e. g. passports).
Notarization
Various matters require public notarization – this includes, among others:
- prenuptial agreements;
- inheritance contracts and inheritance renunciation contracts;
- the incorporation of companies;
- various corporate law transactions such as capital increases, capital decreases, change of statutory seat, amendments to the articles of association;
- testamentary dispositions (last wills);
- affidavits;
- advance care directives.
Legal advice + representation
As attorney-at-law I advise and represent both natural persons and legal entities mainly in matters of employment law as well as in all areas related to the notary services – in particular succession law and corporate law.

Legal proofreading and editing (of German texts)
Legal terminology and therefore legal language is considered to be particularly dry and boring. That does not have to be the case! Legal texts may be written in a reader-friendly manner. However, it is important that the editor is familiar with the technical terms.
